Cookie policy
A simple explanation of browser storage.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Essential storage
Hosting and security services may use necessary technologies to deliver and protect this website. We store your cookie choice in your browser for 180 days so we can respect it. The contact form keeps a temporary submission identifier in page memory to prevent duplicate enquiries.
2. Optional analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and selected actions, such as opening the Playbook or successfully sending an enquiry. Google’s tag is not loaded before you accept analytics. We do not send your form contents, chat messages, email address or URL query parameters to Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising remain disabled.
3. Analytics cookies
After acceptance, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_CRWJD7J1WM first-party cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. We configure their lifetime to 180 days. Google processes analytics data under its privacy terms. See Google’s privacy policy.
4. Your choice
You can accept analytics, reject optional cookies, or choose your preferences. Rejecting does not prevent you from using this website. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawal disables further analytics measurement and removes our Google Analytics cookies from this browser. Choices apply separately to each browser and domain.
5. Wit and external services
Wit connects to ElevenLabs only when you open the chat. Its conversation notice explains the processing of text and voice. This requested service is separate from optional website analytics. Links to Amazon, Luma, booking calendars and social platforms open services with their own policies.
6. Contact
