Terms of service
Terms for using this website.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the WitFlow website. Please use the site only if you agree to them. Client projects, subscriptions and paid services are governed by separately agreed contracts; this website does not replace those agreements.
2. Website information
We describe our services and publish resources to help businesses understand their options. Content, pricing and availability may change. A website enquiry does not create a service contract or guarantee that we can accept a project.
3. AI tools and content
AI-assisted tools and resources provide general information and may contain errors or omissions. Review outputs before relying on them, and obtain appropriate professional advice where needed. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless a specific service expressly supports it under agreed terms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the website unlawfully, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or submit misleading or abusive enquiries. You are responsible for the information you provide and for having permission to share it.
5. Intellectual property
Website text, design, graphics and tools belong to WitFlow or the relevant rights holders. You may view and use publicly available resources for their intended purpose. Other reproduction, redistribution or commercial reuse requires permission, unless allowed by law or an explicit licence.
6. External links
Third-party websites, event registration pages and book purchases are governed by the relevant provider’s terms. We do not control their content or operation. Linking to a service does not guarantee its availability.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all information is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on website information or interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Our cookie policy explains browser storage.
9. Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights and local protections that apply to you. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction subject to those protections. We may update these terms; the current version and date are shown here. Questions: carlos@witflow.co.
